Storytelling was smooth as usual except for the bits with Akane.  The parts
where her thoughts ended and where the descriptions began were
indistinguishable. I think you'll do something about it soon enough since this
is the roughest of the rough drafts.  There were also a lot of very archaic
terms there... too bad I don't have my dictionary handy right about now...

 
[Huh? Archaic terms? Which ones?]

I realized halfway through Ukyo's descriptions that she was talking about
those illustrations appearing in Heavy Metal (Chigau ka?)

_Eerie_ you saw some similar work.]
 

Is Saotome also the
plural of Saotome?  I get clonked by my editor (Hi Larry!) for pluralizing
kami as kamis, so this is the same deal then?

[Yes. Japanese has very little in the way of plural forms, what little it
has in the way of plural forms is usually a completely different word from
the singular. One should not write "Tendous" or "Tendos", just "Tendo",
thank you very much. Ditto for most other nouns such as "katana", "kata" and
what have you. The word katana can mean one sword or thousands of them.
Number is always determined from context.]

shouldn't that be frantic?  I'm not so certain myself

 
["Frantic" indicates fear and panic or panicked. "Frenetic" means hurried
and confusing.]

The storm is finally over, Sadly we're still nowhere solving the numerous
questions that popped up earlier such as... What happened to Happi?  Can the
two Ranmas be fused back together?  What will happen to the two of them?
And... Will there be a two girl Ranma sandwich in the near future? (Jiro gets
bopped for being a hentai)

 
 Well, no, we haven't figured out what was up with Happosai, but we have got
an indication of what is going on with Ranma, Ranko and Akane. For now, the
characters are assuming that Ranma and Ranko cannot be fused back together.
In fact, what we are discovering is that they are slowly becoming two
completely different people, more like a pair of siblings that have been
close to one another all their lives rather than the same person in
different forms. 
 
As for the sandwich...?
