Someone had already done a fic concerning this very thing. Setsuna was 

in a major slump as her world had been demoted from a planet to a "Trans-
Neptunian"-something or other.  As such, her transformation phrase had to 
change from "Pluto ... Power, Make Up!" to "Trans-Neptunian ... Make Up!".  
It was actually pretty funny.<<

I remember it. Liked it too. If only I can remember the name. I have it 
stashed in my archives somewhere...
Another fic possibility is Setsuna lobbying to keep Pluto from being demoted 
to KBO and maybe enlisting the other Sailors to help...
"Quaoar" (pronounced kwa-whar) is huge. With an estimated diameter of 
780 miles it is bigger than the largest asteroid Ceres and bigger than 
anything discovered orbiting the sun since Pluto. A few like it and Pluto can 
kiss its planet status goodbye. 
Maybe Setsuna spends her free time blasting them to gravel to keep this 
from happening...
