Isn't she the new priestess of water in El-Hazard? :)

I think so. However, the real point is this. Qauor will probably never be
listed as an offical planet. The astronomers who discovered it also believe
that Pluto is not a planet, but a Kuniper Belt object; large balls of rock
and ice left over from when the solar system formed. They hang out at the
edge of the solar system

Now, assuming they're right, and the Planet Pluto is not a planet...

Then that raises some questions about Sailor Pluto herself.

***************************
Setsuna rose with the sun and pulled on her robe, smacking her lips together.

'Coffee,' she thought to herself. 'Gotta get some coffee'

Yawning, she left her room and headed down to the kitchen. Surprisingly, it
was empty. There was no sign that Michiru, who rose even earlier then her,
had been in the kitchen.

A graceful eyebrow rose as she called the Time Staff into her hand and then
stopped as she felt something sharp poke her in the back.

"Turn around, slowly." Haruka said from behind her.

Setsuna obeyed and found herself staring at the other Senshi. Only Uranus
looked outright angry, the others wore confused expressions of varying
degrees.

"Is something wrong?"

In answer, Uranus threw a paper at her. It was a section of last night's
evening paper, one she had missed as she had been attending to a matter in
Roman England and had decided not to return to the present just after she
left, and chose instead to return around bedtime. It was a choice she was now
regretting.

"Pluto declared Kuniper Belt Object!" Exclaimed the headline. "Solar System
actually only has 8 true planets."

"Start talking, Setsuna, Uranus said. "If Pluto aint a planet, then you aint
a real Senshi and that means that you've been lying to us from the start."

Setsuna choked back the lie that had automatically been forming on her tounge
and considered her options. She could of course lie her way out of this, but
that could compound the problem. She could time travel and see to it that
they never saw the headline, but Uranus, who had seen her do so many times
was watching her carefully, and Setsuna wasn't sure she could hide the
concentration it took for her to merge with the timestream. The truth? It
would mean becoming that...thing again, and that would be completly
unacceptable.

"Don't even think of lying or trying to change history. I've seen you do both
enough times to know the signs," Uranus said. "The truth. Now."

Perhaps if she ommited parts of the truth. "Very well. I'm an E.V.
Extradimensional Visitor. I came here centuries ago fleeing for my life and
Serenity was kind enough to give me sancturary. My Predacessor died and for
reasons I'd rather not go into, I assumed her form and role."

"What were you running from?"

"A Madwoman," Setsuna said, sitting on a kitchen chair and hugging the time
staff. "An insane water witch who wants me dead just because I was a little
exuberant. And after all I did to help her and her friends!"

The point of Uranus' sword touched her forehead. "Change back."

"What?"

"Change back. I want to see what we've been taking orders from."

"But I can't. The disguise...I can't resume this form if I do."

The point of the sword pressed in harder, threatening to break the skin. "Ask
me if I care." Setsuna's hand closed tighter around her staff. "Don't even
think about it," Uranus growled.

Setsuna sighed and changed.

The Senshi stared at her for a moment.

"She's hideous."

"Awful."

"I dunno, I think she's kinda cute."

There was only one thing Setsuna could say in response. "Pu! Pu! Pu!
Puuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!"
