I know you started this before the last version of the Time
Machine ( Movie )  was released but it is remarkably
similar. Yours is much better but I still have trouble
picturing Priss fighting 14,000 year old boomers in Germany.

I can't help but suspect Sylia's father was put in a
mindless clone and quick frozen.

I am seriously curious as to the fate of the old world.
Massive death is a given but did other pits survive or just
a few surface dwellers. I have seen theories that a flare
like that may have happened in the past and resulted in 90%
plus destruction of all life forms. To the point where the
dominant form of life was changed to Oxygen breathers.

I also don't believe Quincy didn't have a plan to survive. I
mean I could see a Largo type Quincy double starting the new
world off and running it, his way. Of course starting it and
surviving 14,000 years are two different things.

I am a little surprised that the enclaves can't regrow
tissue the have scanned. Priss's arm was lost before they
became sentient but Sylia's leg and Nene's eyes were
afterwards. On the other hand you covered the last year in,
what, a handful of paragraphs.

I would have liked to know if that last rescue from Genom
was successful or not.

I would also like to know what your plans are, if Priss
can't recharge her arm. Does she lose just the sensors or
all use of it. Can she build a power source or does it
recharge on Solar Power.
