I think it depends on whether the individual Swiss is
French-, German-, Italian- or Rhaeto-Romanic-speaking.

Unless it's a Swedish acennt. But
no, that's Sweden. Switzerland's famous for watches and
chocolate, not accents.

On the other hand, Sweden's known for its accents and its blondes. ^_^
