I agree with this theory. I've always maintained that a character only works 
in a story when the story works for it. And in this premise, you've made 
stretches that would not allow for the introductions of other characters 
very easily. If you've ever read any of my work, you'll notice that the 
story is tailored for just those characters without any effort to try and 
bend more then what is normally there in. Sometimes the best is often the 
least amount of anything in a story.

That being said, I could honestly imagine Ryouga being in this story and not 
being juts a gag gimmick. He has that unique ability in which he is a wild 
rover and a good one at that. The trick will be, if you choose this angle to 
exploit, keeping Ryouga's entrance both plausible and non cliched to allow 
for it to happen smoothly.

At least, all IMO. :D
