Actually this could work, if Ranma can get to producing a
strong enough Ki level ( Herb and Saffron were the only
being to fly in the series. I think.) I doubt Ranma is going
to reach the levels Superman can reach but Supergirl easily,
Superboy maybe, I could see Ranma passing Superboy easily.

I could also see Wonder Woman or her mother killing Genma
for torturing a child, especially a girl child.

Frankly I would like to see this done with a timeslip and a
small boost. Ranma falls into an Earth one Smallville, the
boost is he now has the potential of a Sayajin. Not the
training, just the lack of an upper limit on his power.
He could reverted in age to about three when Clark got most
of his training. Ranma could keep his memories and abilities
at the level he had at the start of the series. Since Clark
has super power's from about fifteen minutes after he landed
on Earth.

Raising the two together, with Ranma constantly catching up
by hard work to what Clark can do with minimal effort.

Then in the later years an invasion of Martians. ( H.G.
Wells ) Like the Martian Manhunter of E-1, Ranma has power
levels approaching Clarks but expressed in different ways.
He could be a scholastic genius and a "not bald" Luthor's
rival in college.
