Actually that depends on what source your drawing from. The curent
Superman. . . well they haven't renamed him SuperGod yet, but you get
that feeling.
The Superman from just PostCrisis and the Animated series is
    probably a
bit beyond what Ranma can match, but not by much.
And the Animated JLA version would actually be prety easy for Ranma
    to
outdo.
I was thinking of "lois and Clark" the TV series and any other
superhero's introduced would be from their TV series such as the wonder
Woman of the 70's and bill bixby's Incredible hulk from the same
decade.

Batman could come from the comics or most of the cartoons.

I could also see Wonder Woman or her mother killing Genma
for torturing a child, especially a girl child.
Well that depends on wether this is a fusion universe. After all
    there
are many established training techniques in Ranma that are rediculously
painful sounding.

I don't know if you noticed it or not but Genma is increasing in power
as he trains ranma in this tentative prologue now he would be a close
match for the Wonder Woman from the 70's TV show.

I tried to a subplot where the panda is a dark hero that to the public
seems to follow the superpowerful red head around fighting her, but
will usually reluctantly help fight evil in between looting the nearest
source of food, Known for taking people out of harms way.

Most people are convinced the Panda is a failed attempt to use genetic
engineering to create a uniquely chinese superhero it escaped and has
fixated on fighting superman's junior partner.
