I like it.  I didn't think Belldandy was OOC, but it did seem odd that she
would be granting a wish that Urd would have to work on.  This way Urd is
involved from the very start.

Having a goddess who is on probabtion granting a wish is also odd, but
there are many odd things going on as Kami-sama later makes clear.

The wish in this version may be too specific to do all that Kami-sama
needs.  Perhaps you should borrow the phrasing from the previous version.
