I checked, and figured out why.  Turns out I'd deleted book 2 because FF.net 
insisted on reformatting those little quote things I use for internal 
communications as HTML tags.  I've just gotten done re-uploading the chapters 
as .doc files, so you should be able to get them now.

Unfortunatly, that's not the least of my woes... For some reason I can't 
upload to Talkcity either; so I'm also in the process of moving to 50megs 
free.com as well.  On a positive note, though, I'll be stripping out all the 
embedded music.  It was cute when I did it, but now even *I* find the darn 
thing annoying!

Thanks for pointing out my gaff's too, I'll be fixing those later tonight; 
its also why I crave C&C so desperatly... I can never see those little gaffs 
myself when I re-read it cause I'm too close.

I just finished a marathon session of reading books 1 and 2. 
Putting chapter 13 on FF.Net as a ".doc" file does me no good as
I don't have MS-Word on my PC.

For that matter, I looked on FF.Net earlier today and I couldn't
find Book 2 at all.  Only Book 1 is posted.

Can't you simply post Chapter 13 (if that really was the last
chapter) to the FFML?

Actually, if you haven't done so before, you might want to send
all of book 1 and 2 to the FFML.  So they could all be cc'd and
all those annoying gaffs can be found.

Some of the ones I've seen that you seem to repeat a lot are:

"Its" or "its" instead of "It's" or "it's" when you mean "it is"
"your" instead of "you're"
"there" instead of "their" or "they're"
"their" instead of "they're"

Those apply to every chapter of Book 1 and Book 2 that I've
read.

Oh, and how do you pronounce "Micheal"?  I thought it was
pronounced "mi-kel" or "mi-kul" until I realized the spelling is
more like "mi-keel".

If you meant Michael as in the Archangel Michael or the actor
Michael Douglas or Michael J Fox then you've consistently
misspelled your title character's name in all of the chapters so
far.

Still, it's been a good read so for.  I'm not that fond of
Robotech but you did a fairly decent job.  At least your
character is interesting.
