A good indication of how unprepared Cobalt and Achorite were to deal with
the realities of trying to 'attack' Tokyo.
They are unfamiliar with life in Tokyo, but the pictures in the office and
Achorite realizing she'd blown her cover (before the Senshi start shooting)
and trying to sound the alarm show a lot more thinking than Beryl's crowd
ever did.
You make it even plainer in the next couple chapters, but we can already
tell these aren't the usual villians of the week. That is one of the
things that makes this story so interesting.
