Kyn was happy, at least, dashing from wreck to wreck ahead of us
looking for something to eat or play with. This state of boundless

enough to keep my mind off what had happened here as we closed in on
the
Hikawa shrine, where I'd last felt the presence of another Senshi.
I can see why Kyn is a good companion for Ami. She makes a good
counterweight for Ami's over-serious nature.
Yup. That's exactly the intention. Unfortunetly, one of the
major problems with this fic is that it has too many characters -- we
need Kyn to prevent Ami from being totally boring while she's by
herself, but once she links up with everyone else some of the characters
are kind of short on things to do.
"Oneesama." Kyn squeezed my hand a bit tighter. "I don't think
I
like this place."
Amazing, she's showing a little sense. I guess that's another useful
characteristic for Ami. If Kyn is nervous, Ami knows she _really_ needs
to
be careful.
It brings it across nicely to the reader, too. If the catgirl
is nervous, something's really wrong.
Kyn behaves as though she's about 6 years old. I wonder if
she'll eventually 'grow up', in some sense, or if she'll stay that way
forever...
The last time I looked, the MS Word document in your web page was up
through chapter 21. It is getting rather large. If feasable, it might
be
useful to break it at the Part boundaries. Some notice when it's
updated
might also save some bandwidth by not having to download 500K to see if
anything has changed.
The ASCII version is broken down by parts, so if the download is
a problem you can use that. I haven't updated the MS Word version in a
while -- probably won't until I finish the story, which should be (3
more chapters * 3000 words/chapter / 1000 words a day) roughly a week
and a half from now, probably more since I'll take time off for Otakon.
At that point I'll put the entire thing up in .doc and .rtf. I'll
continue posting the ASCII version to the list chapter by chapter as I
get around to converting it, and it will appear on the website in a
similar fashion.
