Hello all,
Would any of you with conspiracy theories on "Why are Ranma
and Akane being pushed into marriage so young?" please email
me privately with aforementioned theories? This will hopefully
help we out with a story I have in the works.

exhibit a: Ranma and Akane are 16
NOTE: It has come to my attention that the ages for people in
Japan are regularly considered 1 year greater than that figured
in the U.S. ie: 15 years old in the U.S. is 16 in Japan.

exhibit b: Age of majority in Japan is 20 years old, so even
if they are married they are still minors.

exhibit c: The marraige was arranged before they were born.

exhibit d: Both Soun and Genma were students of Happy, a
person well known for his moral uprightness.

exhibit e: We are talking Genma here aren't we?
