It resorted to Belldandy unexpectedly isolating herself in her room

Did this happen this morning or last night?

The details didn't seem important. Should it have been (I'm not being
facetious, I'm really asking)?

Lost in thought and worry, the wrench gave way, right after he had
succeeded in stripping the bolt so that it could not be removed.

Question, CAN you do that to a bolt?

Holding the tool at a very odd angle - which, if you're trying to work
with both English and metric measurements, is not out of the question -
and if you're not paying attention, you can cross-strip the nut and bolt,
where the ridges of both parts cross each other, in such a way that they
either bond together so they can't be separated, or the darn thing just
breaks off entirely. Don't ever let that happen on a natural gas line,
which is the case in my house at the moment. :)

"Everyone needs a hand up once in a while," Keiichi said softly, "It's
part of being human."

This is more like how Keiichi should be.

Was there a section where he wasn't? Again, there's no sarcastic wit in
there, again I'm really asking. *g*

The roller coaster ride was superbly done.

You won't be able to fulfill any wishes.

She hasn't done any in years anyway.

It was part of who she was, is it not? I understand her identity was the
topic of much of our debates post-chapter four.

The best thing you did was to let Belldandy choose to remain as she was.
When the time comes, I hope you let her choose to change too. Don't
force her into a situation where she needs her divinity to do something.

I may have to spoil what remains of the story, but here goes: can it be
both? As the rest of it plays out, Belldandy will _need_ to become a
goddess again. She will refuse for any number of reasons for much of the
final chapter, but it takes Keiichi to convince her that he would rather
have her back the way she was than lose her entirely.

You perhaps know me when it comes to the finality of my choices, but I
really can't help but hear the other side of things.

I wish you well.
