Nope, that's not accurate.  Ranma had a nosebleed when Shampoo glomped him
in the tub.  See Viz volume 5, page 20.  It's the frame after Shampoo
grabs Ranma in the tub.  He's lying down, with a tissue up his nose.  It
wouldn't be there unless he'd had a nosebleed.
