Wish is something like:
I wish I would have a long and happy life and be the best at
Martial Arts of Anyone, Anywhere, Anywhen and marry someone
who would love me and be a wonderful wife and would provide
me with all the delicious food we can eat and never leave
me, like my mom did.

Being Ranma, I'd personally make the wish simpler and
more careless, such as: "I wish that I had a fiancee like
you who could cook and could accept me as I am instead
of what she wanted me to be."

One: it covers all that, plus has the story advantage of
accidentally wishing Belldandy to be his fiancee. The
Ultimate Force wouldn't force either of them to love one
another, but would act against cercumstances that
would interfere with either the engagement or the
potential growth of natural love.

Two: This is Ranma, alone with a Goddess, without any
help to phraze his wish "just so." No one else will be around
when Belldandy shows up to grant him a wish, as that's the
way the Goddess Relief Office works. After all, given the
potential for third parties to interfere with someone's wish,
they take care to prevent that from happening.

Three: Part of Keichi's backstory with Belldandy should be
transfered to Beldandy, so that it was Ranma and not
Keichi who made the childhood promice to Belldandy.
Keichi can instead, have the backstory of having had a
relationship with Kasumi at some point in the past before
he started going to NTT, one which could have been kept
active through letters.

Soun wouldn't interfere with the Kasumi + Keichi match due
to the availability of two other daughters to marry Ranma to.
At least not until Ranma started to seriously favor Belldandy,
which could give Soun the idea that Kasumi would be the
best daughter to lure Ranma away from the foreign girl.

The Nyannichuan you plan to splash Cologne with could
simply be a cask intended to cure Shampoo's curse with
one a set period had passed and her punishment for her
initial failure was over. This, by the way, would upset
Shampoo a lot if her cure was accidently inflicted on her
great grandmother by Genma right as her term was about
to expire so that she could be cured herself. Especially if
the reason Genma interfered was because he found out
about Shampoo's impending "cure," and tried to get it
without getting all of the information first (par for the
course for him)...
