Yeah, I'm at it again. Who'd have ever thought I'd take up writing filks? Anyway, this came about after a friend told me about a AMV for EVA set to the theme from MST3K. I couldn't watch the video, sadly, because my PC is pushing five years and isn't so good with video. But the idea was planted and here's is the result. Enjoy!



In the slightly distant future,
2015 A.D.
There was a boy named Shinji,
And such a spineless kid was he.

He was selected by the Marduk Institute,
To become a pilot in a blue plugsuit
He did a good job cleaning up Misato's place,
But his dad didn't like him,
So he made Shinji fight the Angel race!

Now keep in mind Shinji can't control,

With the help of his pilot friends
