         You're looking for Grayson Towler's fic, "RELENTLESS",

         I highly recommend it to everyone who hasn't already
read it. Grayson does some VERY innovative things with the
Anything Goes school, creating new attacks that proceed
logically from attacks that Ranma's already learned. He's
so GOOD at doing so, half the time you end up thinking
"Why the hell didn't this attack occur to Takahashi-sama?"
