Something similar is the BGC fic "Into the Shadows," which uses the 
rotating 1st person POV of 4 different characters.  If you've not seen it 
before, it's in the RAAC archive, and there are links to HTML-ized versions 
at both www.ravensgarage.com and www.jhedge.com
