I _really_ am sorry about this, but I have been trying to find a work
and have exhausted every resource I can think of.  Hell, I spent 3 days
looking through every entry in the Penultimate R1/2 Fanfic Index, and
still can't find it.

The work in question involves Akane getting an artifact from Cologne
that makes her a super martial artist, and how Ranma/Shampoo react to
it.

If anyone knows the work and can point me to it, I'd appreciate it.
