Well, at least they don't think that Ranma, Hotaru, and Ranko are a
menage a trois.
My take is that that's exactly what the yuck is about. I would expect them
to have no problem with Hotaru and Ranko and, given the example of the
Inners, they would probably sort-of accept Hotaru and Ranma though they
would worry (to late now) about pregnancy; Hotaru and both probably stretches
their horizons a bit.
It may soften the blow a bit for them when they discover Ranma and Ranko
are the same person.
