Better.  She's been on the tour of Stupid Martial Arts Training Grounds
while he's been living in a mansion.  By Ranma rules, the more time 
super martial artists spend out in the wilderness suffering 
hardships and visiting silly places like Jusenkyo and Watermelon Island 
the better they are.
