A hive of activity, that was what was the best description of the Darkscribes presentation hall. All of DS was a buzz in preparation for the Takoball Awards.

As the workers setup the elaborate stage settings, Lord Deathscythe and Random1377 walked the hall surveying the construction. This was to be DS��s finest presentation to the Eva fanfic community. The finest achievement and the honoring of the finest of he entire community.

��So, what does Ken have planned for the stage?�� asked LD.

��I think he��s gonna do some sort of Broadway setup. Something like ��Cats�� maybe,�� came the response from Random.

��Broadway? I hope Blue doesn��t do a musical number. I hate musical numbers.��

��Don��t worry, everything will be perfect.��

��Last time you said that I had to clone another Ryan to finish up ��A Tale That Wasn��t Right (Continued)�� and even then it was screwed up.��

Random gave a nervous laugh. ��I know, but don��t worry. Ken is taking care of the stage, Blue the entertainment, and Neg��s is working the ballot now.��

��Lets just hope the ballot isn��t as confusing as the one Florida used in the last election.��

All of a sudden, a loud crash resounded throughout the hall and cursing from the aforementioned Ken Sohryu.

��I��m already getting a headache. I��m going to my room and taking a few motrin.��

Random patted LD on the back, and started pushing hi towards the door.

��Don��t worry, I��ll take care of everything.��

��Just be sure�K�� LD was cut off as Random shoved him out the door and closed it on him.

I hope he doesn��t burn the place down.
