Skuld and I => Skuld and me.
Are you sure? Since Belldandy seems to be more the proper type, I
would think that she would say "Skuld and I" rather than "Skuld and
me".
In this case, 'Skuld and me' is correct. 'Me' is an object pronoun while 'I' is a subject pronoun. Since the phrase in question is the object of the preposition 'about', you should use 'me'.
Rule of thumb: if you can replace the phrase with 'us' use ' . . . and me'; if you can replace it with 'we' use ' . . . and I'. I have to think about this one myself or I wind up using ' . . . and I' where ' . . . and me' is appropriate.
