Actually make it more challenging.  Have the Ranma girls (Akane, 
Shampoo, Ukyo, Kodachi) all very happy for Ranma and his new wives, and have 
the Inner senshi be the mad ones.  Now not only does a writer have to figure 
a way to marry Ranma to the Outers, but to do so in a way where other people 
reactions are different from what you might expect.
     Just make a stipulation that the Ranma 1/2 girls *do* love Ranma, and 
the Inner senshi are still romantics out to get boyfriends.  You might want 
to block out mind control stories as well.
     Just a thought.
