Hilarious; there's just one problem.

"Old Dominion" refers to Virginia, not NC.  

Oops, I forget to check the map index, there's also a Charlotte, VA,
county as well as city; city has a 1987 population of a bit over 12K.

It's in the south central part of the state, about 30 miles SE of
Lynchburg, Richmond is still not that far, but aside from the usual
historical places it would appear to be in the middle of nowhere.

On the other hand, a lot more people will know of Charlottesville.
