Hilarious; there's just one problem.

"Old Dominion" refers to Virginia, not NC.  

Easy fix: change it to Charlottesville, VA, population 45K as of 1987,
also home to the University of Virginia (main campus).  About a 100
miles SW of the DC area (where I live), a little closer to Richmond,
but still far enough out to (I gather) have lots of rural areas.

Also associated with Thomas Jefferson, who as I remember founded the
University, built his dream home there, etc.

I doubt it, but if you want more details I have a good friend who
got his undergraduate degree there.
