you'd just won the loto, but they won't give you the check unless
you accept a swift kick in the nads first.

         Finishing the story, I was suddenly 20 years and a world
away, losing Tasha all over again.

         I'm not sure if I want to thank you, or curse you, given
the memories you've stirred up. But it IS a powerful story. And
a keeper.
