I noticed this too awhile back, but I forgot to comment on it.
Regardless, I was unable to find the original author of the software, but
I do have the two latest versions. I set up a mirror for them for now at
http://tfenet.com/ffml/ if you need to download them.
AFAIK, the current website for the author AND the tool is:
http://www.mono211.com/4ca/code.html
It moved a while back, but a quick search turns it up. I ran into
this myself.
