Lowering its hand from its head, the figure turned back toward the
clearing.  The time was right; all that remained was the execution.

"At last, you have awoken.  Welcome home, Mother."

And so it seems our "hunters" have made their appearance... interesting.

And it also seems as though my inablitlity to come up with witty remarks
for C&C continues.  Ah, well.

This continues to be a quite good story.  I'm very definitely hooked and
can't wait for the next chapter (can't believe I missed Chapter 3 either,
but such is life). 

I suppose that's it.  Keep up the good work!
