Please forgive the intrusion.

I am in need of some information for my current fic, specifically, 
information regarding a particular aspect of Chinese/Japanese history.  I 
have looked around on the web, etc, but have been largely unsuccessful, so I 
turn to the FFML.

If anyone with any knowledge in this area is able to help, could they please 
email me privately so I can pose the question to them.  It is not a 
complicated question, but I would like to get the details right.

I realise this is not a very specific request, but I am trying to avoid 
spoilers.  I will provide more details privately.
