Ranma/Guardians of the Flame eh?  Interesting.

The problem that the characters in Guardians had, was that none of them had 
any real life experience in these kinds of things beyond their games.
Ranma has the intellectual knowledge to retrain his body to canon levels.  
With Wizards lifespan, that would be possible.  Especially if he Dual 
Classes between Monk and Wizard.
Kasumi either has martial arts knowledge (minimal) from her days training at 
home, or Ranma could help her develop her skill levels.
Kuno can retrain himself as a swordsman rather easily as well, especially 
with Ranma's help.

Will be interesting to see the rest of this.
