These days, Wally constructs his costume out of the "Speed Force" Some sort 
of energy well which all Speedsters tap into to move so fast. Wally is, to my 
knowledge, the only one capable of the Speed Force costume trick. The costume 
in the ring I believe has been passed on to his nephew Bart Allen. AKA 
impluse.

And allow me to further add my own accolades to this story. Natasha's unique 
parentage is certainly an interesting mix. While aware of the basic premise, 
I confess that I have never perused the adventures of the Spider, though I 
have enjoyed several of Grant's novels. Sadly, most of the other literary 
cameos rang no bells with me and so I cannot comment on them. Though 
"Setsuna" as both Irene Adler and Margo Lane was a nice touch.

I can, however, say that I will be looking forward to Natasha's adventures.

On a side note, ever wonder what would happen if the Shadow and the Phantom 
ever crossed paths? To my mind there's always been a sort of Batman/Superman 
dichotomy there. ::Engages in some pointless musing::
