Ranma/Guardians of the Flame eh?  Interesting.

Okay, that makes three correct guesses ^_^

Ranma has the intellectual knowledge to retrain his body to canon levels.
With Wizards lifespan, that would be possible.  Especially if he Dual
Classes between Monk and Wizard.

'Dual Classes'?  Okay, that's it, I need to make something clear once
and for all.  THIS IS NOT DUNGEONS AND DRAGONS!!  There are two things
taken from DnD, 1) the general idea behind a bard, and 2) Akane's attire
is taken from the 3rd edition psionics handbook (one of the pieces of
artwork looked a little too much like her...kinda spooky).  The world
this takes place in is a generic fantasy world.  Inspiration is drawn
from such authors as Terry Goodkind, Robert Jordan, R. A. Salvator,
Elizabeth Moon, and Rosenberg (of course), with additional tidbits taken
from Slayers and Record of Lodoss War.

As for the idea of retraining, that will be addressed in the next couple
of chapters.  It will *not* be as easy as you think.
