unfortunately, due to lack of evidence, the best we can say is that the
goddesses we have met have been raised in the 'straight' part of Heaven.
There may be another, but we haven't seen it yet.

That scene is there. It's the fifth chapter of Peorth's arc. You haven't
read the latest issues from Dark Horse? She's in the current arc. After that
she will make a return in 3 years and stick around for a while.
