It was so cute, the way they thought they were tricking her. From Rei's little
looks and abrupt pauses in her lectures and rants, it was obvious what was
really going on in that heart of flames. And it was also pretty obvious that
Mamo-chan, while sweet to her, had a wandering eye that had settled on Ami.

And then there was all the confusion between the rest of them, and then there
was Setsuna's resistance to joining with Haruka and Michiru, and then there was
Hotaru's experimentation with Chibi-Usa and Elios, and all the rest ...

Oh well. She loved them all, unreservedly, for their flaws and not despite
them. That would have to be enough.
