Due to an early problem with the script, anyone who voted for both Best New
Character and Worst New Character before 4:15 PM EST only had their vote for
Worst New Character sent (this can be bad because one of the nominees was in
both categories).

If you want to fix this, go to the site
(http://www.rakhal.com/cb/cbvote.html), click on the 'Ammend Vote' checkbox,
and submit your Best New Character and Worst New Character votes
accordingly.
