I suppose he's sensing Ryouga and Ryu... but which technique is it that
he doesn't know?
Right at that point in time, I would think that the only technique he
would sense would be Ryouga's perfect hishi houko-dan, which I don't
think should be unknown... it's not a new technique [IIRC, Ryouga was
given a scroll by an old miner; it was invented to get out of cave-ins,
or somesuch].
I could understand Herb *not* recognizing the umisenken or yamasenken,
since they were invented by Genma, but Ryu's mostly running at that
instant of time, not using them, so how would Herb sense them?
