I'm pretty sure that being a Christian doesn't have
a lot to do with it... After all this /was/ an anime
based (albiet loosely) on Norse Mythology... Being
friends with all three Fates should earn you
something in the afterlife. ^_^
Norse heroes who were found worthy were routinely
taken to Valhalla and made immortal. Cannon fodder for
Ragnaroc.
Somehow I can't picture an engineer like K1 being sent
out onto the field of battle.
Here's an idea, though: Lots of norse heroes were taken
to Valhalla, but what about their horses? Perhaps K1
will be building steel steeds for them, instead of going
out to fight himself :)
