All three. Even if you only had access to the Dark Horse issues, they
already passed the chapter where Keiichi started working at Whirlwind.
He's been there ever since. 

   Whoops. Guess I gotta watch the movie again -- I missed that one.

While Celestine was indeed trying to take down Yggdrasil. The attack
that Keiichi helped Belldandy stop was the one launched by Peorth at
Celestine.

   Or he could systematically build it up against every way that it 
could break until it was impossible to damage.

There's always some way of breaking an object, even if you have to blow
it to bits.

If I had read that part of your post before firing off my first letter,
