We're back and better than ever! 9 months in the works,
and now we're up and running with new stuff! For starters,
we're celebrating hitting our 100th category of fan
fiction! So, as part of my update, I have remodeled
the Site Tools system for the site to make it easier to
access. As you can see the site tools button has been
removed and its menu options placed into a ready access
link bar right below the site banner. Now, all you need to
do is click the link and you're ready to go. The page has
also been streamlined more to make loading more efficient.
Also, the news has been remodeled for simplicity.
Now each date has a single header with all the updates
underneath.
Our games and tech website, Pyschedelic Software, will be
closing shortly as its contents are now permantly a local
part of R&C Books now. The games materials from that site
can be found under the Games Section of our site.
With this update we promised new stuff, and so we have
delivered. We now have a new Articles section for the site,
composed of Art, Writing, Computer, and Games sections.
Currently, Computer and Writing both have new articles
in them which we be detailed below.
The Mystery Science Theater 3000 Section has been relocated
from being a part of the Anime Fan Fiction Index to being
its own main index under the Master Fan Fiction Index list.
All MST3K fics will be placed here in future updates.
Submission forms have been closed for remodeling and will
be reopened in short when our new immediate updates system
is completed. Soon, writers will be able to simply to go a
page and place their fics directly onto the site for
regular weekly updates. Stories that are currently being
archived through our mailing list and site moles will still
be updated on the month and bi-monthly major updates.
But, those that use the new express update systems will be
up to date before all others. Be sure to keep an eye out
for the offical opening announcement!
Our September 11th memorial has been moved from the main
page to a special memorial page which can be found at
http://rcbooks.cyril.com/services/remember.html.
