Does anyone know if there is an official first name for Ami's mother?

Also I know I have seen it in fics that she is a Doctor but is this 
cannon or just a fanfic convention?

Also do any of the parents of the Senshi ever find out about their 
daughter's extra-curricular activities? If yes who and when in the 
story line.
