<shrugs back>  Annoyance is in the eye (and ear) of the beholder.
Kiyone and Washu would certainly judge Mihoshi annoying enough, assuming
they did not know of excessively negative consequences for Mihoshi as a
result of their reccomendation.  (And maybe even then, for Washu.)

Same goes for all the others who would be on that quest.  Some would
decry the choice of who didn't count as "most annoying", some would
decry the choice of would did.  It's like picking among Ranma's
fiancees (or, to make the example clearer, picking between Shampoo
and Ukyo for Ranma's wife, removing the ones where the strongest hints
were given in canon).
