That's a rather foolish thing to do.  

"I love him."  Was her only reply.

That is not a separate sentence.

"But what?  I think Ranma is a very caring person now that he is
expressing himself.  I also think that Ranma is cute no matter
what body he currently is in.  Ranma has never used his girl-form
as a means to be perverted.

Oh yeah?  How about that cuteness contest with Tsubasa?  That was
pretty perverted.

Akane started running her fingers through his mop of hair.  He
instantly started to calm down.  After a minute He turned around
to face her.  She could see the tears in his eyes.  "B-B-But your
a C-C-Cat!  Why are y-you bein' n-n-nice?"
