As stated quite clearly in the FAQ (see the VERY, VERY IMPORTANT NOTES
section in the beginning), test messages *are* considered spam, and are
grounds for immediate tempbanning.

If you have any sort of problem, question, or concern related to the
list, mail the moderators at <ffml-admins@anifics.com>. If, for whatever
reason, you can't get through to this address, individual emails for
each of us are listed in the FAQ. Emailing the moderators' address will
get you an answer to your question, and it won't get you postbanned, as
this post has done for Mr. Nguyen.
