A very compelling read. Though it had answered several questions, it had opened up some new ones... perhaps to be tackled on another time, eh? ^^ It certainly ended with a sombering note... though it wasn't mostly a sombering piece in certain parts. A serious fic, with light hints of humor here and there. 

Your extensive knowledge of both Norse Mythology, the AMG manga and various other related material has helped create a concise, intact, canonical and fascinatingg piece. Though, at first I was a bit wary of how Donovan was shaping up (y'know... the usual Author-Avatar phobia I gat for these new characters that suddenly become the focus of a fic because of their 'oh, so amazing powers, and getting the affection of various goddesses for no apparent reason, etc.), but it seems my fears were for naught as Eric Donovan appears no more an overpowered Self-Insert as Keiichi would be... meaning he was well-rounded enough and had certain flaws in him that mke him human and believable enough to work.

Your certain style of meshing thought with narration was... curious, at first, but it wasn't anything that one cannot get used to. ;) In fact, it seems to have the ability to engage the reader into the fic more, without all the contraints of having one POV, since your Multi-POV seemed to be structured enough to be deemed intelligible.

I lack much knowledge in Norse mythology to make judgement, but everything seems to be in proper place... meaning what more/less of the Norse myths you've presented had more/less meshed smoothly with whatever there is to mesh with in the AMG universe. It's a given, I was a bit lost  on the more techinical aspects, but everything was wel-enough placed to confirm authenticity and realness... a well thought-out, well-researched work, to say the least. The fact that there's more to be discovered yet still provokes a lot of thought... and anticipation for the latter parts. :) 

Lastly, one curious thought... Eric Donovan was of one descent, Keiichi Morisato was of another... what language do they exactly speak in Heaven?
