Well, that's part of it... But the main thing was the timing, I think.  I
mean, here he is, being all self-congratulatory and having a huge mental
rant about what a great and powerful dark lord he is, when some annoying
little bastard completely ruins the effect and manages to put all these
people who were terrified of him at ease.  Wouldn't you be mad?

Kind of a parallel with what happens next time they meet, actually. ^_^;

Very nice. So Lord Vordemort was an elitist who
just plain hated kids eh? Having read the first three
books, I can see that easily. Heck, I'd almost blame
him for Jusenkyo if it weren't for the fact that its so
much older than even he is!
