Something I forgot to add in my other post. When I read this line, I thought
of a gravity control weapon that grabs a Ravener and punts it into space.
Preferably on an intercept course with the sun.

    It might work, it might not, but the power required to move a reaver that weighs about 3 tons (multiplied by the number of dimensions it exists on -- assume 15 minimum) is an awful lot, given that they _can_ be killed in more efficient manners, even if it's not always very easy. Aside from which, given that they move through WATER with as much ease as they do given their theoretical weights, maybe -- just maybe -- they have some abilities in those directions already. If that's so, putting them in space is about the WORST thing you could do.
