I tought the fanfic was quite nice, actually, one of the best
Cowboy Bebop stories I've read and certainly the best continuation.
I wouldn't use quite the same idea if I was going to write a CB
continuation, tough - I'd much prefer just letting Spike and Vicious die
once and for all (since they've been dead for so much time before their
final confrontation :) ), and focusing on the other characters instead.
Spike's death can still generate plenty of interesting conflict, and the
series did leave some "non-Spike" loose ends that could be explored....
The above paragraph is just a random comment, not an attempt to
beat down or attack "Deadman's Swing" in any way. As I said, I _liked_
it :).
