guide lives.)

GUIDE: "...I managed to find bit more water from Spring of Drowned Man."
RANMA: "Thank you so much!"
GENMA: "Good thing you're sharing this event with your parents."
NODOKA: "I get to watch my son become a real man among men again!"
GUIDE: (Hands a cask of water to Ranma.) "Go ahead-"
PLUM: (Bursts into the house.) "I got the newspaper, Dad."
GUIDE: (In Mandarin) "Thanks, kid.  Now hurry up and finish your breakfast. 
       The school bus will be here in 10 minutes." (Skims the headlines.) 
       "Congratulations, customers.  It a girl!"
GENMA: (Looks at the paper.) "She had the baby already?"
NODOKA: "I'm so happy for them...but what about the inheritance?  At this 
        rate, the dynasty or the tradition will die out!  Oh no...."
GENMA: (Takes the cask out of Ranma's hands.) "We've got the solution right 
       here!"
RANMA: "Hey, that's my water!"
NODOKA: "A martial artist should be prepared to sacrifice for his country!"
GENMA: "And when she grows up, you'll be the perfect fianc� for her!" (Runs
       out of the cottage with the water.) 
NODOKA: (Running along with Genma.) "Don't worry, little one!  Your future 
        in-laws are coming to save your honour!"
RANMA: (Chasing them.) "NO!  NO TOT'S GONNA STEAL MY CURE!"
